Reclaiming redefining Rights-Status of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights in the Middle East and North Africa

Abstract
This document presents a report issued by the Egyptian Initiative for Personal Rights, entitled " Reclaiming redefining Rights: Twenty years after the Cairo Conference on Population and Development... Status of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights in the Middle East and North Africa." The report provides an assessment on the extent of the commitment of countries in the region to achieve the objectives of the work program of the Cairo International Conference on Population and Development in 1994, based on the tracking number of indicators in each of Egypt, Kuwait, Yemen, Palestine, Turkey and Tunisia. And adopted at the various United Nations organs data along with demographic and health surveys of different countries. The report was based on a broad spectrum of how human rights studies and reports to support the quantitative data and statistics, as the work of a team work report a number of interviews with activists and non-governmental organizations working in the countries covered by the report.
