Abstract
This document presents article about Women, the Work Place, and Sexual Harassment. This article attempts to evaluate the magnitude of the problem of sexual harassment at the workplace among Arab women. The article draws parallels between Arab and Western societies regarding sexual harassment of women at the workplace in order to have educated estimates about impact on women and society.
