This publication was issued in preparation for the issued in preparation for the issuance of the fourth Report of the Development of Arab Women on “Arab Women and Decision-Making”. It contains 55 cartoons out of a total of 100 submitted to the Center in the framework of the competition organized in cooperation with the International Planned Parenthood Federation – Regional Office for the Arab World on “Obstacles to the Participation of Arab Women in decision-Making”.

The release expressed the goal of “CAWTAR” in creating a dynamic on the subject leading to the involvement of new groups. The publication received the support of the International Planned Parenthood Federation – The Regional Bureau for the Arab World.
