Dietary Practices and Social Transformations in Tunisia :(2008)

The study was published as a result of a socio-anthropological field research aimed at highlighting the impact of dietary practices as an important indicator of the major social transformations and radical changes on the lifestyles on individuals and groups. The study aims to explore the nature of the relationship between the generations with regard to food practices and identify forms of power and negotiation the govern such relations and structures.

The publication was published in collaboration with the University Establishment for studies, publishing and distribution “Majd”.
