the Government of the Lebanese Republic, on the one hand, And The Government of the Kingdom of Belgium, The Government of the Region of Wallonia, The Government of the Region of Flanders, The Government of the Region of Brussels-Capital, And the Government of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg, on the other hand, Hereinafter referred to as « the Contracting Parties »,
